Ingredients: 4 cups watermelon, cubed ½ cucumber, sliced in half moons ¼ large red onion, sliced thin 3 tbsp Mother Raw Poppy Seed Dressing ¼ cup basil, packed loose, roughly torn Sea salt and pepper, to taste Directions: In a large bowl, add the watermelon, cucumber, onion and dressing and toss gently to combine.
