Watermelon, the iconic fruit of the summer! Flavors that are so fresh and fruity, you'll want to eat this as a starter salad, healthy snack or a light meal!
4 cups watermelon, cubed
½ cucumber, sliced in half moons
¼ large red onion, sliced thin
3 tbsp Mother Raw Poppy Seed Dressing
¼ cup basil, packed loose, roughly torn
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
In a large bowl, add the watermelon, cucumber, onion and dressing and toss gently to combine.
Divide onto plates, top with basil and season with salt and pepper.
