Dressing "broke" into a curdled, thick, gloppy mess

I was really excited to find an organic sesame ginger dressing at Sprouts since Organicville discontinued their miso ginger dressing. Over the past few months I purchased several bottles and really liked the flavor. The first bottles were a little thin, but I could live with that. The last bottle, not so much. It's "broken"--curdled, thick, and gloppy. When I get the stuff out of the bottle with a knife, the flavor is still there--hence the 3 stars. Other wise, if this had been the first bottle I would give 1 star.

This is one of my favorites for just about anything!! It makes a great salad dressing or I use it to marinate anything for the grill- salmon, pork tenderloin, beef- I mean anything!!! One to keep in stock!
