Mother Raw Original BBQ sauce - optional
Mother Raw Caesar dressing - as much you desire. Start with 2 tbsp
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced Red Onions
- 4 tbsp of capers, lightly fried
- Fresh cracked pepper
- Pinch of sea salt
Cook Lightlife plant-based chicken tenders according to instructions.
If using Mother Raw Original BBQ sauce, toss the chicken tenders in 2 tbsp of BBQ sauce before cooking them.
Slice tenders into bite-size pieces.
Wash and dry the romaine and tear into bite-size pieces. Add to a bowl.
Fry capers for a couple of minutes and then add those to the bowl.
Add red onion, salt and pepper to taste.
Top with plant-based chicken tenders and drizzle your desired amount of Mother Raw Caesar dressing. Enjoy.
