Recipe Plant-based Chicken Caesar Salad

A perfect pairing of Mother Raw Caesar dressing and Lightlife plant-based chicken tenders to make the ultimate plant-based Caesar salad. 


  • 1 package of Lightlife plant-based chicken tenders
  • Mother Raw Original BBQ sauce - optional
  • Mother Raw Caesar dressing - as much you desire. Start with 2 tbsp
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced Red Onions
  • 4 tbsp of capers, lightly fried
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Pinch of sea salt


  1. Cook Lightlife plant-based chicken tenders according to instructions. If using Mother Raw Original BBQ sauce, toss the chicken tenders in 2 tbsp of BBQ sauce before cooking them.
  2. Slice tenders into bite-size pieces.
  3. Wash and dry the romaine and tear into bite-size pieces. Add to a bowl.
  4. Fry capers for a couple of minutes and then add those to the bowl.
  5. Add red onion, salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Top with plant-based chicken tenders and drizzle your desired amount of Mother Raw Caesar dressing.
