Our secret ingredients? Black beans replace chickpeas for added plant-based protein, and Mother Raw Mediterranean Dressing & Marinade adds a signature kick of kalamata olives and sundried tomatoes.
- 2 cups cooked black beans
- 1/4 cup Mother Raw Mediterranean Dressing & Marinade
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 small chipotle pepper (optional)
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Pinch each salt and pepper
Place all ingredients in the food processor. Puree until smooth and creamy.
Just as you would any other hummus recipe, enjoy this one with veggies, rice crackers or tortilla chips!
