Easy Cold Japanese Noodles

Get your slurp on with this quick and easy yet incredibly delicious zucchini noodle bowl! We're all about packing in as many veggies into our meals as possible, and our friends at Cece's Veggie Co. make it easy with their fresh spiralized organic zucchini noodles! 


  • 1 package Cece Veggie Co’s Organic Zucchini noodles

  • 1⁄4 cup Mother Raw Japanese Dressing

  • 1⁄4 cup chopped carrots

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tsp thyme (can add more if desired)

  • Once the pan is hot, add in chopped carrots. Stir for 1 minute.


  1. Heat a pan with 1tbsp olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add in zucchini noodles. Quickly stir noodles around for about 1 minute to slightly soften. Be careful not to overcook as it would lead to the zucchini noodles being too soft.

  3. Remove from heat and add in the Japanese dressing. Stir and put into a bowl.

  4. Top with extra dressing if desired. Add sesame seeds and thyme for topping. Enjoy!
