Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
1 small head green cabbage
1 tbsp vegetable oil
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp dill, chopped
1 tbsp chives, chopped
2 tsp roasted sunflower seeds, coarsely chopped
2 tsp hemp seeds

Directions
To prepare cabbage, cut in half through the core. Cut each half into 3 wedges, slicing through the core to keep each segment intact.
Brush both sides of each wedge with oil and season with salt.
Heat a large cast iron pan or heavy bottomed cast iron pan over medium high heat.
Place half of the wedges in the pan and cook until charred but not burnt, 5 to 7 minutes. Flip and cook the other side to the same doneness, 5 to 7 minutes. Arrange on a serving platter and continue with remaining wedges.
Sprinkle wedges with dill, chives, sunflower and hemp seeds. Drizzle with Mother Raw Ranch Dressing & Marinade.
