- 1 16 oz. package extra firm tofu (crumbled, no need to press)
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ cup salsa
6 Tortillas (gluten-free, if needed)
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ⅛ to ¼ tsp black salt (for an eggy taste, optional but recommended)
- ¼ tsp kosher salt

Add all ingredients (except toppings and tortillas) to a slow cooker, stir and cook for 6 hours on low.
