How to: Massaged Kale

Love kale, but hate the rough texture when enjoying it raw? Check out the steps below for a delicious massaged kale salad. Full video can be found here!

Ingredients:

  1. Kale
  2. Mother Raw Mediterranean Dressing 
  3. 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  4. Half a lemon, squeezed
  5. Salad toppings of choice

Method:

  1. Remove kale stems with hands and place in a large bowl.

  2. Fill bowl up with water to give it a good wash. Drain, and then pat dry.

  3. Add extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice to bowl. Massage with hands for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Pour on Mother Raw Mediterranean Dressing and add other toppings! We suggest cucumber, radish slices and carrots. Enjoy!
