Baked French Onion Dip with Artichoke & Kale

We love coming up with creative ways to use our products. We baked our French Onion Dip with kale and artichoke to create a warm & delicious new dip, genius! A hack that will save you from having to buy a long list of groceries for just one recipe. This soul warming recipe is the perfect dip for chips or pita.


  • ½ Can Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
  • 1 C Chopped Kale
  • 1 Jar Mother Raw French Onion Dip
  • 1/2 C Vegan Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 2 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
  • Pita Dips and Crudite for dipping.


Preheat oven to 375. Drain and rinse artichoke hearts. Chop into inch pieces and set aside. Rinse, dry and chop kale (or purchase pre washed / chopped kale). Any type of kale works, this specific recipe used Tuscan kale.

In a mixing bowl, combine artichoke hearts, kale, Mother Raw French Onion Dip and vegan cheese. Mix and combine well.

Pour mixture into a small pyrex baking dish or large ramekin. Spread mixture evenly. Sprinkle more vegan cheese shreds and bread crumbs on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot with pita chips and chopped raw vegetables.
