Our sweet and savory Asian Salad Wraps are the perfect pick for a plant-based feast. We load them with crunchy veggies, avocado, fresh herbs and a double hit of our favorite asian salad dressing - Mother Raw Japanese Dressing & Marinade. They’re perfect for large groups or for meal planning!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup pea shoots (optional)
  • 1/3 cup diced cucumber
  • Chopped fresh mint and cilantro to taste
  • 3 tbsp Mother Raw Japanese Dressing & Marinade
  • 1 thinly sliced avocado
  • 6 medium-sized rice paper wraps (22cm)
  • Extra dressing for dipping

Method:

Filling:

In a bowl, combine lettuce, carrots, pea shoots, cucumber and dressing and give it a good toss.

Rolls:

Fill shallow bowl with warm water and soak rice paper wraps, one at a time, for about 15-20 seconds. Place on clean tea towel. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the filling in the center of the wrap and top with a few avocado slices. Fold up sides and roll like a burrito. Repeat with others.

Pour extra dressing in a small bowl and dip to your heart’s content!
