How to Enjoy Mother Raw Queso

Of course, we love using our organic and vegan Queso for dipping our veggies. That goes without saying. But did you know there are many other uses for this zesty cheese sauce? We’ve listed some below to help spark your imagination!

Heat it up!

queso dipsWhat’s better than velvety-smooth cheese on top of nachos or roasted veggies? Heat Mother Raw Queso in a pan on very low heat until warm, then drizzle on top of your favorite tortilla chips and other toppings of choice. Or, roast veggies like cauliflower or broccoli and pour heated cheese sauce on top for a delicious side dish!

Tip: Make sure to continuously stir the Queso in the pan to prevent it from burning or sticking to the pan. If this happens, no worries, just add a splash of plant-based milk or water and keep on stirring.

Slather it!

Use our vegan cheese spread exactly as you would a typical cream cheese style spread. Slather it on a toasted piece of multi-grain bread or bagel, then top with your favorite veggies for added texture. We love tomato, avocado and alfalfa sprouts!

Dollop away!

Add generous dollops of Queso to your pizza or flatbread before putting it into the oven. We promise a result that’s sure to impress!

Stir it in!

Queso stirs in well with pretty much any pasta! We recommend a lentil-based macaroni pasta! Simply cook your macaroni noodles to your desired texture, then stir in a generous portion of Mother Raw Queso until all noodles are coated. Tip: Stir in some plant-based pesto for a tasty twist! Use Mother Raw Spicy Queso instead of the original for an extra kick of spice!

Tips for using Mother Raw Queso

  1. Make sure to give it a good stir!  The premium cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil that’s used in Mother Raw Queso will naturally harden and separate in the fridge (below 38°F / 3°C). Make sure to give it a good stir before using it.
  2. Keep it refrigerated. Our products are never heated, depleted or mistreated and are free from artificial preservatives.  Please keep them in the refrigerator to ensure they stay fresh tasting and always check the best before date.
