- 7 oz of tomato sauce
1⁄2 cup Mother Raw Organic Ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup uncooked quinoa
1 x 15 oz can of white beans
1 yellow bell pepper chopped
1 x 15 oz can of black beans
1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1⁄2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp chili powder
- 1⁄2 tsp smoked paprika

Add all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, cover and simmer on low/medium for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Garnish with optional toppings. Serve warm and enjoy!
