Recipe Grilled Peaches with Dukkah and Tahini

This sweet and savoury take on grilled peaches will have your tastebuds singing! Take your summer side dish to the next level with this delicious and fresh recipe. 

 

Ingredients:

2 peaches, halved, pit removed  

1 tsp avocado oil

2 tbsp Mother Raw Creamy Tahini Dressing

1 tbsp Dukkah

 

Method:

Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the avocado oil to the skillet and then add the peaches, cut side down. Sear for 3 to 4 minutes, until charred. Remove and let cool slightly.

Divide the peaches onto plates and drizzle with Mother Raw Creamy Tahini dressing and top with dukkah.

Serve and enjoy!

This can be made on the BBQ or grill as well, the time will be roughly the same.
