pairs our Mother Raw Roasted Garlic Caesar as well as our Mother Raw Sweet Heat BBQ sauce to create a delicious fiery “steak” that can be enjoyed as a main dish. Serve with grilled veggies on the sid
Once your tofu is pressed, slice into slabs that are about ½” thick. Place this in a large baking dish or large plastic bag. Slather the Mother Raw Roasted Garlic Caesar Dressing all over the tofu, making sure it is fully covered. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight. Flip the tofu about halfway through if using a baking dish.
Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Ensure the grill is cleaned and spray with cooking oil.
Once the grill is heated, place the tofu steaks on the grill and cook for six to eight minutes a side, turning halfway through to get crosshatch marking if desired. Once seared, brush with Mother Raw Sweet Heat BBQ Sauce and cook for an additional one to two minutes, flipping halfway through and brushing with more Mother Raw Sweet Heat BBQ Sauce on the reverse side.
Remove and place on a plate. Garnish with rosemary and flaky salt. Enjoy!
